At Giggle & Honey, we know how excited you are to receive your new musical jewelry box. We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely so the magic can begin as soon as possible.

Processing Times

  • Quick Fulfillment: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Business Days: Our team ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your keepsake jewelry box leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to ensure your gift arrives right on time for that special birthday or dance recital:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional lead times depending on the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. [Optional: If you ship to Canada/UK, add: "International shipping is available to select countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred."]

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your jewelry organizer, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

  2. Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

  3. If still missing, contact us at support@giggleandhoney.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Giggle & Honey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately, and we will try to update it before fulfillment.
