Returns & Exchanges

At Giggle & Honey, we want every twirl and every tune to bring a smile to your face. If your musical jewelry box isn’t exactly what you dreamed of, we are here to make it right with our simple, hassle-free return process.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your jewelry box must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at support@giggleandhoney.com

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Quality Assurance)
We take great pride in our watercolor artistry and quality craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the musical mechanism is faulty or the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for any items that arrive damaged.

Easy Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the design you want—whether you’re switching from the Ballerina to the Unicorn or Princess design—is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new jewelry box.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
